More friendly with his Slytherin cohorts than others, though he will occasionally spend time with Ravenclaws. He generally avoids the other two houses if he can help it. While his family's feud with the Weasleys continued after Arthur married Cordelia Zabini, the fact that Draco and Blaise became friends means that he comes into regular contact with the Weasley boys. He even finds he rather likes Fred--when he's not being a prat. His other close friend is his older cousin, Nathair, also known as Thai. Though Lucius and Bellatrix never got on too well, particularly after Thai's father and uncle were sent to Azkaban, Narcissa refused to lose her only remaining sister to another family feud. The two boys spent a great deal of time in their childhood together before Thai went off to Hogwarts, and Draco became even more excited to follow after. Of course, his truly interesting history begins not with his own, but with that of another: Harry Potter. His favorite bedtime story as a boy was to hear about Harry Potter, despite how his father felt about telling the tales. When he finally met the other boy, he'd been certain they would become fast friends, only to find himself snubbed. It was a hard blow. And the year that followed only cemented their enmity. Now, in the beginning of his fourth year, he's finding there might be a bit more to it than that. The question is, what can he do about it?
